What we collect

Only what you give us when you contact us or complete a form: name, email address, company, country, phone number and the content of your message. Our server also automatically logs technical data such as your IP address and browser.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotations and handle bookings, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to send you commercial information about our services (newsletter). We make no automated decisions about you.

Newsletter

We send informational and commercial emails to the name and business email address of travel agencies and trade partners. Addresses come from two sources: people who have expressly asked to receive the newsletter, and professional contacts obtained at trade fairs, through earlier correspondence or via this website, whom we contact on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a business relationship within the travel trade. In either case you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every mailing or by writing to contact@crstours.com; we then stop sending you commercial messages.

Who we share it with

We never sell or trade data. We share it only with the suppliers needed to deliver a confirmed booking (hotels, transport and activity operators) and with our hosting and email providers.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry data for as long as there is a business relationship with you, and delete it once it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and third-party services

We use the technical cookies the site needs to work. We use no analytics or advertising tools on the website. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA and some pages embed YouTube videos; both are Google services and may set cookies and receive your IP address when you interact with them.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, or object to its use, by writing to contact@crstours.com, and we will resolve any question about them. If you are in the European Union, you are additionally entitled to approach your national data protection authority.
